DESCRIPTION AND WORKING
Pasta Machine, automatic pasta-sheeter type to produce moist, pliable, room temperature pasta dough for gourmet products. It produces a semi-finished pasta sheet to be further calibrated to the desired thickness. The machine can be implemented on a batch mode or a continuous mode. The sheet of pasta can be wound on reels or delivered directly to forming machines to make ravioli, tortellini or long pasta products like fettuccine, linguine, tagliatelle and lasagna.
It is provided with a double tank, one tilting mixing thank at the back and one front hopper.
The hygienic design incorporates a twin sidewall construction which creates a distance between the bearings and the working area so any product can be easily removed.
The machine is provided with motor driven loading hopper, double passage gremola, final calibrating rollers 120 mm. diameter all in stainless steel and sheet conveyor belt. Command, control and safety devices according to CE standard.
