Ravioli Machine
Ravioli Machine designed for a large production of fresh or frozen double-sheet ravioli, in different shapes and sizes. Can be used as part of a continuous production line.
The technical solutions adopted and the frame fully in stainless steel have allowed to realize a reliable machine with reduced maintenance requirements, washable with steam jets or pressured water.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Interchangeable dies with different shapes: square, round, half-moon; special shapes on request.

  • Mechanical device to extract the raviolo from the cutting roller.

  • Continuous filling feeder device set on castors with quick release for cleaning.

  • Filling distributing system by rods with double injector which separates the dosing
    functions and filling introduction into the raviolo.

  • Overlapped twin laminating rollers. Independent speed and sheet thickness adjustment.

  • Automatic conveyor belts feeding from the rollers to the die.

  • Outfeed conveyor belt.

  • Adjustable machine, filling feeder, calibrating rollers and conveyor belts speed by electronic
    variator.

  • Motor-gearbox and bearings lubricated for life.

  • Cams and gears casehardened and tempered.

  • Rotary operating panel with all command, control, adjustment and alarm devices.

  • Separate electrical stainless steel cabinet; operation logic controlled by PLC.
