PASTA CUTTER

Pasta Cutter to automatically process rolls of pasta dough into all kinds of long pasta products: linguine, fettuccine, tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle and lasagna sheets.

Provided with thickness and length adjustments to achieve products variety as well as weight control. Compact and versatile, this machine is suited to a medium scale production.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

    • Structure frame in STAINLESS STEEL on castors; structure in aluminium anodized (on request: in STAINLESS STEEL).
    • Interchangeable, longitudinal cutter device.
    • Adjustable cutter device for lasagne (optional).
    • Transversal cutting by rotary, variable speed knife to adjust the length of the
      shape.
    • Conveyor belt for finished product.
    • Adjustable single couple of calibrating rollers.
  • On request: speed variator.
