Pasta Cutter
Pasta Cutter to automatically process rolls of pasta dough into all kinds of long pasta products: linguine, fettuccine, tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle and lasagna sheets.
Provided with thickness and length adjustments to achieve products variety as well as weight control. Provided with 2 calibrators and oversize components, this machine is engineered for a large scale production.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Completely stainless steel construction and hygienic design.
- Supplied with both laminating rollers Ø 145 mm and 540 – 600 mm wide.
- Thickness adjustment.
- Interchangeable, independent and motor driven cutting rollers assembly.
- Pasta cut length adjustment by electronic control.
- Removable out feed belt.
- Complete with use accessories and cutting group (size at choice).

- Electronic variator on the laminating group.
