Pasta Machine Modula is the ultimate professional machine to produce gourmet fresh pasta, ravioli and gnocchi.

Pasta Machine Modula was designed to meet the requirements of restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, bakeries and retail stores, where a limited kitchen space is available.

The modular construction of the Pasta Machine Modula gives our customers the choice of purchasing the whole assembly or only some of the 5 components: Mixer, Sheeter, Cutter, Ravioli Maker, and Gnocchi Maker.

The design of this combination pasta-ravioli-gnocchi machine was developed to achieve the highest hygiene and safety standards, as well as fast and easy cleaning.

Several international patents have been issued to cover some innovative devices and technical solutions engineered to provide an easy and reliable tool for long term, maintenance free operation.

    • Overturning mixing hopper with detachable mixing arm for easy cleaning.
    • Three sizes cutter for tagliolini, square spaghetti, tagliatelle and pappardelle.
    • Double sheet ravioli group with interchangeable moulds, which makes easy and quick to produce different sizes and shapes of ravioli.
    • Gnocchi group, which makes potato dumplings, provided with a built-in flour dispenser.
